This Privacy Policy explains how Deal Sheet LLC ("Deal Sheet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit godealsheet.com or use our business-valuation estimate tool and related services (the "Service"). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, pursue transaction opportunities, conduct marketing consistent with your consent, maintain consent and communication records, and comply with our legal obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it. Records evidencing consent for calls and texts are retained for at least the period recommended for telemarketing-consent recordkeeping.
